What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Adapted Vehicle Hire between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Voicemails can be left on weekends or bank holidays. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations within 14 days of delivery: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations outside of 14 days: Full refund minus a £20.00 admin fee.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of delivery: No refund.
  • Early vehicle returns: No refund.
  • Failure to take delivery: No refund. Refunds are also subject to manager’s discretion.
