In 2005, we started with a handful of wheelchair accessible and adapted vehicles. From then we steadily increased our fleet and number of branches to provide a nationwide service catering to the needs of disabled drivers and wheelchair users and carers. AVH now have a wide range of vehicles suitable for clients with various disabilities and delivery available throughout the UK. Totally professional and helpful service throughout process, extremely helpful and friendly.   I will need a vehicle again in the next few weeks and will certainly return to them. The staff member, Gabby, is prompt in her email replies, very courteous, and helpful. I was given absolutely clear guidelines throughout the process. When I was unsure of the vehicle functionalities during the trip, the AA team was arranged to assist within one hour of the request being made. The vehicle was clean and spacious and had all the devices needed to ensure the wheelchair passenger's safety. All payment details were unambiguous, and the company is very reliable. My experience was a fabulous one on the whole. I will definitely use their services again on my next trip to the UK. Thank you, AVH.

The team promptly responded to all my queries, helped me with my choice of vehicle and provided a multitude of payment options. The site is secure and was reassuring when swapping from my car to another. I had a detailed run through for how to use the ramp, belts etc and this was with a wheelchair they had spare. It meant I knew exactly where I was securing my hooks etc. Again, when returning the car this was an easy process. Mum and Nan both loved the car, it was modern, comfortable and great for people watching from! The car had Bluetooth (and Apple car play in this case) which meant I could be subjected to Mum's fav music! I'll definitely be booking again. Thank you guys!

Needed a wheelchair accessible vehicle in a hurry to get my Mother to an Emergency hospital stay. Made an enquiry at 4.50pm and collected at 11.00am the next day. The vehicle was immaculate and had all the features needed. Curtis explained clearly the vehicle operation and controls. And was happy to keep going through it till I was confident.
